Our last Eleanor A/B asked what happens when everything stays the same except the distillery.
Batch 19 turns the focus to oak.
Both bottles start with the same classic bourbon mash bill -  75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley

BARREL #1: ex-bourbon Cognac cask from a classic French house. Previously held Ugni Blanc – based Cognac, double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged in French oak from forests like Limousin and Tronçais, before spending 1.5–2.5 years finishing bourbon.
Projected notes: layered vanilla, coconut, and caramel riding alongside subtle fruit and floral notes.
