BARREL #1: ex-bourbon Cognac cask from a classic French house. Previously held Ugni Blanc – based Cognac, double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged in French oak from forests like Limousin and Tronçais, before spending 1.5–2.5 years finishing bourbon.Projected notes: layered vanilla, coconut, and caramel riding alongside subtle fruit and floral notes.
BARREL #2: VSOP Brandy casks from the Gallo portfolio. Barrel that once held grape-forward brandy distilled from varieties like Colombard and white wine cask aging.Projected notes: lean brighter, with orchard fruit, soft spice, and a lighter, wine-driven character.
